Delivery times and shipping costs

Paint is heavy, and a tin that gets damaged in transit is no use to anyone. That is why we pack every order by hand and ship with PostNL. If you order on a working day before 15:00, the parcel leaves the same day.

We ship with

Your parcel is delivered by the PostNL postman or parcel courier. As soon as we register the parcel, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number, so you can follow where your paint is yourself.

What does shipping cost?

Prices in the webshop do not include shipping costs.

When will it be delivered?

Orders received on working days before 15:00 are shipped the same day whenever possible. Delivery usually takes place on the next working day, between 9:00 and 18:00. PostNL determines the exact time, so we cannot guarantee it.

If a product is out of stock or your colour still needs to be tinted, it sometimes takes a little longer. In that case you will hear it from us, not only when the parcel fails to arrive.

Prefer to collect it yourself?

You can also collect your order from one of our three shops in Amsterdam. That saves shipping costs and you can compare the colour with your own sample straight away.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Enter that number on the Track your order page and you will see straight away where your parcel is.

Is something not right, or did the parcel arrive damaged? Please contact us via the shop where you ordered. We will sort it out.
