Bison Multi Tool 3-in-1 for sealant
A handy tool that combines three functions for working with sealant: smoothing, removing sealant residue and opening the cartridge.
What you use it for
Use with all joint sealants, such as silicone sealant, acrylic sealant and Poly Max, to open cartridges, cut nozzles, smooth joints and remove excess or cured sealant.
Properties
A built-in blade opens the cartridge seal and cuts the nozzle to the desired diameter; the spoon-shaped side smooths the joint and collects excess sealant; the hook-shaped side removes cured joint sealant.
Application
Wet the sealant and the spoon side with soapy water, place the tool against the sealant and strip off excess sealant in one smooth movement. For a narrow joint, hold the tool perpendicular to the seam; for a wider joint, hold it flatter.
