Peintagone Polyprimer
Peintagone Polyprimer is a water-based primer based on 100% acrylic resin with a high binder content. It adheres to all kinds of surfaces, interior and exterior, seals most water-soluble stains (nicotine, soot, coffee) and can also be used as a finishing coat. Vapour-permeable and very washable.
What you use it for
Prepared surfaces inside and outside, painted or not: wood and board materials, plaster, concrete, wallpaper, glass fibre and non-ferrous metals such as zinc and aluminium. Also on old layers of varnish or solvent-based paint, as a transition to a water-based finish. Not suitable for stairs, parquet, wooden floors, untreated exotic wood and iron or steel. Carry out an adhesion test beforehand.
Application
Ready to use. On a slightly absorbent surface, thin the first coat with 5 to 10% water. If you want to seal stains, do not thin and leave at least 24 hours between the first coats. At 23 °C and 60% RH dust-dry after 30 minutes and recoatable after 3 hours. Coverage 10 to 12 m² per litre, dries semi-matt. Apply between 10 and 25 °C, outdoors in dry weather and in the shade. Clean tools with water.
Colour and packaging
White, or tinted to colour from more than 30,000 shades. In 0.5, 1 and 2.5 litres. Dark shades reduce adhesion and sealing capacity.
