Sigmafix Universal is a primer-sealer based on acrylic dispersion for interior and exterior use. You use it to bind slightly to strongly absorbent mineral surfaces, so that the wall paint does not end up patchy in sheen. Also for slightly chalky surfaces and for surfaces that are to be wallpapered.
Properties
Penetrates well, is vapour-permeable and alkali-resistant. Dries virtually colourless and therefore does not cover. Can be painted over with all Sigma interior wall paints and Sigma façade paints, and can be wallpapered over.
Application
Normally absorbent surface: 1 part Sigmafix to 4 parts tap water; strongly absorbent: undiluted. By brush or paint roller. No closed, glossy film may remain after drying. Tack-free after approx. 2 hours, recoatable after approx. 6 hours (23 °C/50% RH). Coverage approx. 8 m² per litre.
Free shipping from € 60. Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day. You can also collect your order, tinted to order and free of charge, from one of our 3 shops in Amsterdam.
