Woodcap Woodfill renovation paste set 1.2 kg, paste + hardener

Woodcap Woodfill is a 2-component repair and renovation compound based on modified polyester resin with a fine-grained, non-porous filler. It contains practically no solvents, holds its shape well and is easy to apply and model. In a single pass you get a smooth transition to the original substrate.

What you use it for

Durable repair of damage to wood, indoors and outdoors: joints, cracks, knots, larger and smaller holes and surface irregularities from 3 to 30 mm deep. Woodfill can also be used on metal, concrete and stone.

Application

You apply Woodfill with the Woodfill dispenser. It dispenses paste and hardener automatically in the correct ratio (5% hardener), so quality and workability always stay the same. Apply between 0 and 35 °C. The working time is approx. 30 minutes at 10 °C, approx. 15 minutes at 20 °C and approx. 10 minutes at 30 °C. After 1.5 to 2 hours the repair has cured and you can sand, plane, drill and nail it.

Safety and shelf life

Avoid contact with skin and eyes, wear protective gloves and ensure good ventilation. In a sealed pack it keeps for up to 18 months in a cool, dry place; an opened tin with the red closing cap keeps for 3 months.

Set of one metal tin of Woodfill (component A, 1.2 kg) and one tube of hardener (component B). Available in white and beige. The dispenser and separate hardener are available separately.
